How it Works
Solventless lamination is a process where two or more substrates are bonded without using solvent-based adhesives — reducing emissions, improving safety, and enabling high-speed production.
Coating
A precise layer of solvent-free adhesive is applied to the base substrate using heated rollers.
Lamination
The second layer (e.g. BOPP, PET, or foil) is pressed over the adhesive with controlled pressure and heat to activate bonding.
Curing
The laminated roll is wound and left to cure at room temperature — with no drying tunnel needed.
Slitting
Final laminated rolls are converted to required widths and diameters for downstream packaging operations.
