1. Resin Preparation & Film Extrusion

2. Printing & Design Transfer

Next comes the rotogravure printing line, where engraved cylinders apply inks onto the substrate. Each color station lays down high-precision graphics under strict tension control, achieving consistent color registration and food-grade print quality.


3. Lamination & Bonding

Printed films move to the solventless lamination unit, where layers like PET, BOPP, or foil are bonded using solvent-free adhesives. This step enhances strength, barrier protection, and visual finish — all without harmful emissions.


4. Curing & Slitting

Laminated films are allowed to cure for optimal bond strength. After curing, they enter the slitting line, where rolls are precisely cut into required widths and diameters, ready for pouching or roll export.


5. Inspection & Quality Control

Each roll undergoes tensile strength, bond adhesion, and print consistency tests. Visual checks, automated scanners, and random sampling ensure zero defects before dispatch.


6. Packing & Dispatch

The final rolls are wrapped, labeled, and core-protected, then palletized for domestic or international shipment. Every consignment carries traceability codes linking back to production data and quality certifications.
