How it Works
Blown film extrusion is a continuous process that melts and inflates polymer resins into thin, durable film bubbles — producing uniform rolls of plastic film with excellent clarity, strength, and flexibility for packaging use.
Melting
Plastic granules are fed into the extruder, where rotating screws heat and melt the resin uniformly.
Bubble Formation
The molten polymer is forced through a circular die, forming a thin tube that’s inflated into a bubble with precise air pressure control.
Cooling & Stabilizing
Air rings cool the bubble evenly while stabilizing cages maintain film thickness and dimensional consistency.
Winding
The flattened film is wound into rolls, ready for printing, lamination, or conversion into pouches and bags.
